Terms of Service

These terms are a starting draft and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before launch.

Plans and billing

Organizations subscribe yearly. Youth League ($149/year, up to 100 officials) and Association ($399/year, up to 250 officials) include a 14-day free trial. Enterprise is priced by agreement. Payout fees are charged to the league per payout; 1099 processing is a paid add-on.

Officials

Officials use RefsManager free of charge. Officials are independent contractors of the league, not of RefsManager.

Admin responsibilities

Admins are responsible for the accuracy of schedules, assignments and payouts. AI suggestions are recommendations only; final assignment decisions rest with the admin.

Acceptable use

Ratings and comments must be honest and respectful. We may remove abusive content.
