About RefsManager

Fair games start with the right officials.

RefsManager helps youth sports leagues and officiating associations schedule, assign and pay referees and umpires — across baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, lacrosse and more.

Why we built it

Volunteer assignors spend hours juggling spreadsheets, texts and blackout dates. Some officials get overworked while others sit idle. RefsManager shows workload at a glance and uses AI to suggest the best available official for every game.

What we believe

  • Officials should always use the app for free.
  • Workload should be shared fairly across the roster.
  • Every league's data stays private to that league.
