Payout pricing
Paid by the league, per payout. Referees never pay to use RefsManager or to get paid.
Example: 40 officials, paid twice a month for a 3-month season
6 pay runs × 40 officials = 240 payouts. All ACH: $240. Half ACH, half Venmo: $300. 1099 data for the 12 officials over the threshold: $48.
